TIL all the three secretive agreements TPP, TTIP and TISA exclude all the BRICS nations (India, China, Russia, South Africa, Brazil). Any thoughts regarding this?

I find it really interesting that 5 of the biggest economies in the world aren't included in such important treaties. What do you guys think?
